The Cultural Representative Program is a twelve-month work experience located at Walt Disney World Resort, near Orlando, Florida. It offers an opportunity to immerse in different cultures from around the world and build lifelong relationships.
Participants must authentically represent and showcase the cultures and traditions of one of the countries or regions recreated at the Walt Disney World Resort. They will interact with people globally and craft immersive experiences for guests while fulfilling front-line, customer-facing roles.
Countries and regions represented include: Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Southeast Asia (India, Indonesia, Thailand), Sub-Saharan Africa (multiple countries), and the United Kingdom.
This application is for positions with different start dates throughout 2026.

All candidates must attend an in-person presentation and interview in Norway. Resume/CV and Cover Letter must be uploaded in PGF or Word format (in English). Former participants must wait 12 months before reapplying.
