Norway Disney Cultural Representative Program - The Walt Disney Company (Germany) GmbH : Job Details

The Cultural Representative Program is a twelve-month work experience located at Walt Disney World Resort, near Orlando, Florida. It offers an opportunity to immerse in different cultures from around the world and build lifelong relationships.

Participants must authentically represent and showcase the cultures and traditions of one of the countries or regions recreated at the Walt Disney World Resort. They will interact with people globally and craft immersive experiences for guests while fulfilling front-line, customer-facing roles.

Countries and regions represented include: Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Norway, Southeast Asia (India, Indonesia, Thailand), Sub-Saharan Africa (multiple countries), and the United Kingdom.

This application is for positions with different start dates throughout 2026.

Our Norway Cultural Representatives can be placed in Food & Beverage, Merchandise, or Attractions roles. Below are descriptions for each:

• Epcot World Showcase - Food and Beverage: Proactively greet and interact with guests, escort to tables, sell food & beverages (including alcohol), utilize reservation systems, set and stock tables, handle cash, clean and reset areas, provide resort and park information, and may be exposed to weather conditions.
• Epcot World Showcase - Merchandise: Greet and interact with guests, demonstrate and sell merchandise (including alcohol and tobacco), fill orders, handle cash, stock shelves, receive deliveries, manage stroller/wheelchair rentals, prepare food/candy, and prepare packages for shipping.
• Epcot World Showcase - Attractions: Operate rides or shows, load/unload guests, operate ride systems, deliver narrations, assist with emergency evacuations, monitor guest flow, and ensure safety.

• Speak English fluently.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to authentically represent Norway.
• Receptive to Disney Look guidelines.
• Available to work any day, including holidays and overtime.

All candidates must attend an in-person presentation and interview in Norway. Resume/CV and Cover Letter must be uploaded in PGF or Word format (in English). Former participants must wait 12 months before reapplying.

Pay rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on role.
