North American Trade Compliance Lead - Organon & Company : Job Details

Ensure compliance with all applicable foreign trade regulations for existing products, new launches, legal entity integrations, network changes, etc. Partner with Operations Leads and External Manufacturing partners to develop optimal strategies for success. Partner with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders and Operations Leads to measure performance and drive improvement. Identify trade compliance risks and develop mitigation plans. Provide guidance and training internally on relevant trade regulations and internal trade compliance policies for US and Canada Logistics teams. Support region in audits relating to customs activities to ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented. Keep abreast of new regulation and programs that may impact business and communicate these to stakeholders to take appropriate actions. Required Education, Experience and Skills.
