The Organizational Behavior area in the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking experienced candidates to fill a vacancy at the rank of Non-Tenure Track Lecturer, starting in fall 2025. The primary duties will be to teach and provide service to the College, the Institute, and the profession. Mentoring of students is also required. This position is a full time 40 hour per week position.

Duties:Maintaining a 6 course, 3 credit teaching load for undergraduate as well as graduate students in the area of organizational behavior (e.g., organizational behavior, human resources, leadership development, change management and/or teams). Additional teaching is also available for extra compensation. This position also will include co-curricular leadership development and service activities.

Required qualifications: A Master's in Management and/or Organizational Behavior, or similar discipline is required.

Preferred qualifications: A Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Management, or related discipline.

Skills: Candidates should demonstrate excellence in teaching, strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to motivate and inspire others, highly self-motivated and driven, exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
