Contract Title: Non-Teaching Adjunct
FLSA: Exempt
Campus Specific Information: The NTA will play a key role in centralizing and transitioning HR operational work from departmental HR Coordinators (HRCs) to the HR office. This role will focus on managing and supporting the implementation of the new ePAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) system, ensuring a seamless transition for onboarding, reappointments, and hourly employee processing as City College migrates to Workday ERP.
Key ResponsibilitiesBachelor's Degree required.
