Non Profit Tax Manager - Regal Executive Search, LLC : Job Details

Prepare and review federal and state income taxes for firm clients, to include: individuals, partnerships, businesses, and exempt organizations. Work closely with the audit engagement team and client personnel to address complex tax and accounting issues. Build new and existing client relationships by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of client businesses and subject matter expertise in their accounting and tax needs. Conduct an extensive tax research Prepare internal memoranda, written correspondence/guidance, and other documents. Manage multiple client workloads, including budget and production goals. Participate in the management of tax department work flow and staffing matters. Train and mentor other tax staff and conduct regular reviews of work product. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Master's Degree in Taxation or pursuing such a degree preferred.
