Executive Recruiter, Search & Consulting

We are working with the CEO of a not-for-profit organization based in Passaic County, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic CFO to oversee the financial activities of the corporation. This organization offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a 401k match!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
• Overseeannual audit preparation and serve as the key liaison with auditors
• Lead grant financial management including tracking, reporting, and compliance
• Supervise and mentor a lean accounting and finance team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of Accounting & Finance experience within a non-profit environment
• 5+ years as the CFO or Head of Finance reporting up to a CEO
• Heavy exposure to Grant Management
