• Account updates and maintenance
• Process payments, check and Fed wire disbursements
• Investigate issues and resolve client concerns
• Collaborate across teams and cross-train in multiple functions
• Meet production and quality standards

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
