NON IT CSR Customer Service - Ask staffing : Job Details

All candidates must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontracted. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment .Job Title: Customer SupportLocation: Columbus, OH, 43219Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension) Pay Range is $20.12 to $22.16/hr. on W2 Job Description:Duties may include:

• Engage internal clients via both inbound and outbound phone calls
• Act as initial and ongoing support during account opening and lifecycle of account
• Providing world-class service to internal clients
• Build relationships with internal clients while providing solutions that adhere to internal policies and procedures
• Address issues promptly and effectively
• Ability to maintain success in an evolving environment

Preferred Qualification :

• The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in the financial services or customer service.
• Prefer a 4 years college degree and an interest in career development.
