Role Overview

As a NDT Technician, you are expected to support projects from conception to completion, involving independent work and collaboration with stakeholders. You will build trust, deliver key milestones, oversee procurement and upkeep of equipment, and support critical infrastructure systems including electrical, mechanical, fire detection, and building automation systems.

You'll join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers, working to deliver safety, security, and operational excellence in AWS data centers.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Wear PPE in Data Center environments.
• Work on uneven terrain, at heights, and in industrial environments.

A Day in the Life

Perform nondestructive testing of critical systems, coordinate with teams, and contribute to operational excellence. The role demands autonomy, attention to detail, strong communication, and experience supporting critical infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data center or mission-critical facility operations, or a relevant technical degree with military or trade training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing operations of mission-critical facilities, with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
• Ability to identify safety concerns and maintain secure work environments per NFPA 70E guidelines.
