MUST HAVE A VALID/ CURRENT DOT MEDICAL CARD. Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times. Use hand truck to move product from the delivery vehicle into the customer location including going up and down stairs with product as necessary. Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures. Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable. Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience. Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection. Accurately record delivery information including operating a hand scanner and all company required documentation. Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product. Communicate delivery- customer issues to proper authority (i.e., Customer Service, Territory Manager, Transportation Supervisor, etc.). Deliver product to each of the designated stops following the stop sequence provided for the day.
