Lead with Creativity - Join TERI Inc. as a Center for the Arts Supervisor Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for adult services and the arts? TERI Inc. is seeking a full-time Center for the Arts Supervisor to support our Non-Behavior Support Adult Day Program at the Center for the Arts in San Marcos, CA. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee daily site operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered programming for adults with developmental disabilities. You'll help shape engaging classroom and community experiences, foster staff development, and contribute to a culture rooted in creativity, inclusion, and growth.   • Regularly observe staff performance in both classroom and community settings.
  • Lead weekly staff and component meetings to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Review and monitor staff documentation, including progress reports, data tracking, lesson plans, and class/activity schedules for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide tailored training for new and existing staff, including new hire orientation, in-service sessions, on-the-job coaching, and follow-up training.
  • Manage staff performance through regular feedback, evaluations, and ongoing development.
  • Deliver verbal and written counseling, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective action or performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Track progress on performance plans to ensure goals are being met.
  • Support staff with acquiring supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools and materials are available and accessible.
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process, including interviews, assessments, and intake procedures.
Qualifications -
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university
  • At least one year of management experience
  • One year of related experience or training; experience working with individuals with special needs in vocational or volunteer settings preferred
  • Ability to obtain a Class B Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
