About Rebellion:

Rebellion Records is an independent record label engineered for scale. We build breakout artists through aggressive digital strategy, experimental marketing, and operational speed. We don't wait for the market—we test, automate, and move.

Role Overview:

We're hiring a No-Code Specialist to automate workflows, optimize internal tools, and rapidly prototype operational solutions across departments. You'll work directly with leadership to streamline A&R, finance, digital marketing, and project management systems using no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Softr, Glide, Retool, and more.

This is a remote, part-time role (~10–15 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a larger role based on output and initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain internal tools and dashboards (e.g. Airtable, Notion, Glide, Softr)
• Automate workflows between tools like Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Discord, Spotify for Artists, etc.
• Build and test zaps (Zapier), scenarios (Make), and automations across multiple APIs
• Troubleshoot system errors and bottlenecks
• Collaborate with the CEO and COO to identify high-leverage automation opportunities
• Maintain documentation of systems and SOPs

Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in Zapier, Make, and at least one database-oriented no-code platform (e.g., Airtable, Notion, or Retool)
• Familiar with APIs, webhook logic, and basic data structures
• Can go from idea to working prototype in hours, not weeks
• Process-oriented with a strong bias toward automation and scale
• Prior experience building tools for music, media, or marketing teams is a plus (but not required)
