SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday

Hours: 5:00pm until finish

PAY: $25.48/hour (plus incentive pay); jump to $28.67 after 3 months!

Main Duties:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders and build pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Efficiently move products to pallets, validating that the correct and undamaged items are selected.
• Deliver products to the correct dock areas and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to maintain a clear work area and return pallet jacks to their charging stations.

Physical Requirements:

• Comfortable working in diverse temperature environments from -5 to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly, moving over 1,000 cases during shifts.

What We Seek:

• Must be able to read and communicate in English for trainings and safety coaching.
• Availability for 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday; flexibility for weekends and holidays.
• Recent experience in high-endurance physical roles (lifting/transferring patients, sports, farming, construction, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience in large-scale order selection within a warehouse or distribution center is a plus.
• Familiarity with motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is an advantage.
