As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining parking lots, roadways, and commercial surfaces through professional sweeping, striping, and related services. You will operate company equipment and work as part of a crew to deliver high-quality results to clients across Vermont and surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Operate parking lot sweepers, striping equipment, power washers, blowers, and hand tools.
- Perform striping of parking lots, roadways, curbs, and specialty markings according to client specifications and applicable codes.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work nights, weekends, and variable hours as needed (seasonal demand).
- Maintain accurate work records and timesheets.
Requirements - Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Prior experience in striping, sweeping, or construction preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
