- Lead daily production operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met
- Monitor and optimize plant performance, identifying and resolving operational issues
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability and product consistency
- Train and mentor production staff to build a high-performing team
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

- Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions

Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
