Night Shift Housekeeper - Senior Lifestyle Corporation : Job Details

This is an overnight position - the hours are from 8 pm - 7 am. General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Carpet cleaning in hallways. Light maintenance (ex: changing lightbulbs)Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. Assist with maintenance PM's- (ex: checking emergency lights)You will be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers. Qualifications. No experience? No problem. We will train you. You need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English. You possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. You have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
