Operate haul trucks to safely transport raw materials within the plant or quarry. Conduct pre-shift inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment. Monitor material loads to ensure proper placement and volume. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate operations. Support plant operations by assisting with general labor tasks as needed. What Are We Looking For. Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting.
