Night Shag Driver - Cash-Wa : Job Details

We have a very active driving position that moves trailers around on our lot and backs into the loading dock using a semi-truck. In this role you will constantly being climbing in and out of the cab of a truck and hooking up to trailers. This position is responsible for maintaining a smooth and accurate flow of trailers to the docks while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures. It requires using a shag truck to move semi-trailers and backing them into designated loading docks and parking areas, and assist in other duties as assigned.Work Hours:* 4:30pm until end of shift, Sun - Thursday until end of shift, Sun - Thursday (40+ hours per week), with a starting wage of $21/hr or $22/hr with a CDL.Requirements:* High school education or equivalency* Ability to complete paperwork* Good communication skills, typically done utilizing a radio* Organizational skills* Experience driving semi-trailers or other large vehicles is preferred; CDL is helpful, but not requiredPhysical & Environmental Aspects:* It requires frequent climbing into and out of the shag truck.* Work is performed outside and therefore requires working in extreme hot and cold temperatures.Benefits:* Immediate: Eligible for Paid holidays* 30 days: Able to purchase products at an employee discount* 60 days: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance eligibility, 2 PTO days, receive company paid life insurance coverage* 90 days: Able to contribute to a 401k plan* 180 days: Receive 2 more PTO days* 1 year: 401k match eligibility, 8 PTO days, eligible for company paid Short-Term Disability insuranceCash-Wa is a strong, stable and financially smart company that likes to promote from within.
