Your Role:

  • Facilitate new hire processes, including communication, orientation scheduling, and onboarding support for team leaders.
  • Conduct engaging new employee orientations, covering benefit plans, policies, and procedures, while ensuring the completion of essential paperwork.
  • Oversee attendance reporting, process time sheet entries, payroll adjustments, and ensure accurate shift transfers.
  • Maintain employee files meticulously, initiate background checks, and perform regular file audits.
  • Develop, revise, and proofread HR policies and related documentation as needed to maintain compliance and clarity.
  • Communicate vital HR information through various channels and manage the Company telephone directory.
  • Assign and monitor lockers for new employees, ensuring an accurate log of availability.
  • Support the HR Business Partner function and local HR team with various administrative duties and events.
  • Assist in planning and implementing HR and office-related events to foster engagement and teamwork.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or human resources is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in general human resources coordination.
  • Strong digital literacy, with the ability to learn HRIS systems such as Paychex or Kronos.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.
