Night Cleaner - Pyramid Global Hospitality : Job Details

The Night Cleaner ensures that standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within established time limits. Shift is 11:00 pm -7:00 am ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well - Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness - Walk all assigned areas at beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linen. - Responsible for the cleanliness, deep cleaning, floor care of all public areas, Health and Fitness center, back of the house hallways, stairways, restaurant, Front Office, the pre-function areas, public and employee restrooms. - Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to the guest rooms on requests. - Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry. - Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner. - Always respo...Cleaner, Night, Retail, Hotel
