Night CDL Truck Yard Jockey - US Foods : Job Details

Communicate with Dispatcher/ Router for truck/trailer and door assignments. Keep assigned equipment coupled. Move trailers between buildings as directed by Router or Warehouse Supervisor. Load, unload, or merge loads between environments. Stage shuttle trailers nightly for shuttle drivers. Set up trailers for backhaul with tractor and empty pallets. Place backhauls in correct door to be unloaded by warehouse. Make sure all equipment is paired and ready for next day's deliveries. Work with mechanics nightly. Must attend all required company meetings. All other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements. Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80 lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required. Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions. What You Bring to the Table. Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse - Must be at least 21 years of age.
