• Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the overnight shift.
• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations, respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer and log receipts, investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts, and keep accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Help prepare for forecasts and audits.

• 1-2 years of hotel front office experience or prior experience as a Night Auditor.
• Eye for detail and a passion to provide quality service to guests.
• Prior Marriott brand experience; excellent computer, customer service and communication skills.
