Job Description :
Atlanta Marriott Northeast/Emory Area Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, cashier's reports, and guest and house accounts, including telephone and movie revenue. Assist in preparing all reports relevant to daily revenues. Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents. Act as hotel system liaison during night hours. Perform all Guest Service Representative functions as required, including booking room reservations, answering hotel calls, and notifying guests of messages. Assist with other duties as assigned. Looking for an experienced part-time Night Auditor to join our exceptional Front Office team, Thursday through Saturday overnight shifts! This role is ideal for a team player seeking the opportunity to make a difference and provide excellent service to our overnight guests.
Position Details:
- Part-Time: Work Thursday through Saturday, 11 PM - 7 AM
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to talk, hear, and interact with guests regularly.
- Use hands and fingers to handle objects or controls.
- Occasionally walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to three months of related experience and/or training.
