  • Provide expert nursing care to critically ill neonates in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, administer medications, and utilize advanced medical equipment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate and support families throughout their NICU journey, offering guidance and reassurance during challenging times.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
  • Valid California RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Level III NICU setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in neonatal assessment and intervention.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
