Job Description Required Qualifications:• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management• Advanced knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset• Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team environment• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with a high degree of ambiguity• Highly advanced skills associated with end-to-end PMLC for programs/projects of large-scale scope• Demonstrated project leadership, reporting, and management skills• Demonstrated effective communication (written & verbal) and effective interpersonal skills• Demonstrated ability to present/communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization• Able to deliver projects on time within budget and defined scope• Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills with a 'can-do' attitude• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, IS, Computer Science, Security, or related field)Preferred Qualifications• Experience managing cybersecurity projects and AI awareness• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificationJob Summary :This role requires a proven leader with at least 8 years of hands-on project management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead complex initiatives across diverse technical and business domains.
