Job Description Required Education: • High School DiplomaPreferred Education:• Associates or Bachelor's DegreeRequired Language:• Fluent in English and Business Spanish Preferred Language:• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese (thiswould be in addition to the English/Spanish requirement, not in lieu of)Required Skills and Experience:• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role• Cultural and regional awareness/knowledge of the supported area, including understanding how culture influences communications, interactions, and regional relationships• Experience in data entry, note-taking, and supporting leaders (regional leaders, liaising)• Strong organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in MS Office, including basic Excel skillsPosition Overview:The Global Foundation Support Contractor will engage in events, meetings, and discussions regarding organizational workflows and communications in both Spanish and English as required.Job Details: • Organize and support all communications with assigned foundation partners, including monthly calls and new program initiatives• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the team's CRM, including revenue, account and contact information, priority education opportunities, and challenges• Provide program support, including language assistance for all programs• Plan and execute foundation assessments and participate in relevant workshops• Offer translation services, both verbal and written, including real-time translation during training sessions and workshops (as needed)• Draft assessment reports and collaborate with the Regional Liaison to develop strategic growth plans for senior management• Collaborate with organizational subject matter experts and alliance members to organize coaching sessions• Support internal operations of the Global team
