The CMP6 will analyze and develop programs using COBOL, DB2, XML, and JCL for the new enhancements • The CMP6 will implement application changes, enhancements and new applications and provide post implementation support. Knowledge on .NET, C#, SQL Server are nice-to-have skills • Be responsible for providing technical solutioning on complex eligibility application and its architecture • Works closely with the project lead and management to understand and prioritize project tasks • Solves complex technical problems • Understands business objectives and problems • Understand the requirements, analyze the system impact, develop process documents and flowcharts, design, code, unit/integration test and deploy using mainframe tools and technologies • Collaborate with analysts, QA, and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Conduct code reviews and participate in unit and smoke testing • Create and maintain technical documentation, database models, and system architecture diagrams • Provide post-production support and resolve system issues in a timely manner • Ensure adherence to development standards, performance optimization, and security best practices • Selected candidate must provide copies of any/all certifications as part of the hiring process • The candidate should have strong communication skills and should be a team player Other Notes: 1.
