Pay rate is determined based on skills required, years of experience, and specific Client requirements.**Required Education:• High School DiplomaRequired Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:• Customer Service• Data Entry• Reporting• Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe) Job Responsibilities:• Utilize department and portal system to print criminal history rapsheets for new applicants and assign to investigators• Accurately enter criminal history information into programs for investigator review• Correspond with department regarding arrest information for applicants• Accurately transfer/request information from internal/external customers• Work on weekly reports for fingerprint clearances• Pull folders and assign cases to investigators in the system• Assist with and perform other administrative tasks as necessary for intaking data• Addressing higher level customer service matters involving email, mail and other incoming/outgoing correspondence• Answer the customer service line as needed*Offers are contingent upon successful completion of background check requirements*No parking is provided at this location.
