We're adding another powerhouse to our Oconee Design Center team. Our New Home Specialists (NHS) are more than sales professionals—they're trusted advisors, relationship builders, and closers. • Close 50% of first-time appointments—because we don't just meet clients, we deliver their dreams.
• Hit Home Start Revenue Goals – Because goals are meant to be exceeded.
• Deliver Accurate Price Quotes to every client on time.
• Master and implement our Brown Haven Sales Techniques —designed to close at the highest level.
• Build a six-figure+ program and reach your full earning potential.

• 2+ years of experience in sales - preferably where you're in the top 20% of your sales team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. But grit, drive, and results speak louder than degrees.
