On the Team Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy. Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics. Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records. Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes. Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks. Requirements. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree and real estate license preferred .-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
