Tuknik Government Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to support TGS and our government customer in Durham, NC. The shift for this position is Tuesday through Saturday, Midnight until 8:30am. The Network Operations Analyst will provide hardware and software engineering, technical support services, training for operation of various existing applications and implementation and operation of new technologies that reside in the client's Regional System Support Center (RSSC) infrastructure, located in Kansas City, MO. The candidate shall provide on-site support and management for hardware devices located at the RSSC; as well as provide 2nd and 3rd level software and hardware problem determination support for this infrastructure.
