We are currently seeking a Network Smart Hands Technician to join our team in Yonkers, New York (US-NY), United States (US). The Networking Smart Hands Technician provides on-site technical support for network infrastructure, hardware installations, and data center operations through remote NOC. This role is hands-on, requiring physical tasks such as equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and site-to-site travel throughout New York City and Westchester. Technicians serve as the on-site extension of the remote NOC and engineering teams, ensuring smooth operations, rapid response to issues, and accurate documentation. - - This role requires working onsite daily at our client's facility and requires employee to be fully vaccinated on or before start date, to the extent required by applicable law.
