Assisting other departments with troubleshooting Monitoring network health, identifying events and opportunities for optimization Performing configuration of the network Completing projects and special assignments Performing configuration on Metaswitch Maintaining records, documentation, audits, and Method of Procedure (MOP) Connecting/disconnecting when auto provisioning fails WHAT YOU NEED - High School Diploma or equivalent. Practical experience configuring network devices; Cisco preferred. High level of decision-making skills, independent thinker. Experience configuring services within a Linux and/or Windows environment. Experience working within a Network Operations environment preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Good project management skills; ability to work to deadlines. Methodical and analytical approach.
