The Network Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the organization's network infrastructure. This role will lead a network operations team to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the network environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing critical network technologies, including Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco network devices, F5 load balancers, and Prisma Access VPN, to support the business's connectivity and security needs.
What You Will DoEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in network engineering or network operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco network devices, F5 load balancers, and Prisma Access VPN.
Proven track record of managing complex network infrastructures in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Skills: Deep understanding of network architecture, design, and best practices.
Expertise in network security, including firewall management, VPN, and load balancing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Certifications: Preferred certifications include Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), and F5 Certified Administrator.
Additional Requirements Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to be on-call and provide after-hours support as needed.
