Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support LAN, WAN, and firewall infrastructure.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot SonicWall or Cisco firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide support for AV systems and video surveillance infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and changes.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in network engineering or a related IT infrastructure role.
- Proficiency with SonicWall firewalls (preferred) or Cisco routing/switching technologies.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with AV technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron, or similar systems).
- Familiarity with video surveillance systems (e.g., Axis, Hikvision, or Milestone).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or SonicWall CSSA/CSNE.
