Network Engineer - FedEx : Job Details

Under general supervision, performs one or more of the following activities on the company's internal networks - configuration management, system administration, security administration, network administration, development system implementation, production system implementation. Essential Functions. Respond promptly to issues related to the network environment, hardware, systems, and software; analyze root causes and implement effective resolutions across multiple technology areas. Serve as a primary technical liaison between the company, vendors, IS - Ps, and business partners. Hold vendors accountable for their deliverables, expertise, and service quality to ensure network integrity and performance. Act as a key resource for the Network Operations Center (NOC), bridging communications between vendors and internal stakeholders during network outages or incidents.
