Job Description :

The Network Engineer DNS DHCP will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our DNS DHCP services in collaboration with the service team. The incumbent will design a secure, reliable, and efficient DNS DHCP architecture tailored to Continental Tires' needs. The role also involves identifying synergies within the Tires IT infrastructure to develop cohesive target designs. Your main tasks will include: Leading the redesign of the DNS DHCP service to meet evolving industry and company needs. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including managed service providers, vendors, technical teams, and business units, to align solutions with their requirements. Monitoring and optimizing DNS DHCP performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and security compliance. Managing DNS DHCP tools such as QIP. Conducting hardware patching and configuration of complex network infrastructure to maintain performance and security. Managing escalation processes and coordinating incident and problem resolution with IT teams and external providers. Preparing environment change documentation and maintaining detailed network configuration records. Leading external partners to ensure seamless integration and support of network services. Ihr Profil Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Preferred: CCNP or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of experience in network architecture, focusing on DNS DHCP. Strong understanding of DNS DHCP technologies, network security, design, server management, and IP addressing. Knowledge of ITIL practices and service lifecycle management, including proficiency with service management tools. Experience leading projects is a plus. Fluent in English (spoken and written) - minimum B2 level. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for complex issues.
