Senior Network Engineer - High-Frequency Trading A leading high frequency trading firm is hiring for multiple Senior Network Engineers to sit out of their NYC office. This firm leverages cutting edge technology to help build their robust global trading infrastructure. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot their world-class Network platform and support their ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure. You'll collaborate closely with software developers to help implement automation best practices into their network infrastructure. This is a hybrid role based out of their Manhattan office. • Design, implement, and operate the global trading network infrastructure
• Investigate and integrate new, innovative products.
• Refresh low-latency trading systems.
• Troubleshoot network issues with third parties.
• Transform network operations through automation and scalability.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a low-latency trading environment is highly preferred.
• Advanced Python/Ansible automation techniques.
• Expert level routing and switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, Multicast)
• Background working in a Linux environment
• Strong knowledge of network security (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and communicate directly with senior stakeholders
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a different relevant vertical
