Responsibilities :
Design, evaluate, purchase, test, install, and maintain hardware and software for the enterprise-wide network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance for a multi-facility health system network of 3000+ users.Architect, administer, maintain, monitor, and resolve issues related to the network infrastructure, supporting a state-of-the-art health system network.Manage critical network components such as firewalls, UPS power systems, wireless technologies, remote access services, and network management tools.Implement and support emerging technologies like Remote Access Systems, VoIP, imaging, and animation systems.Ensure network security and reliability by enforcing boundaries, updating, and hardening systems against attacks.Lead network design and implementation projects, including component selection, room and cabling design, and environmental considerations.Create comprehensive documentation for new implementations and establish documentation standards for engineers.Monitor network performance using appropriate tools and generate performance reports.Perform routine hardware and software upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently.Escalate issues promptly and document problem-solving measures for team use.Maintain preventive measures, including testing hardware/software in controlled environments before deployment and preventing intruder access.Provide on-call support as needed and assist with Level Two troubleshooting issues.Pay Rate : $100.00-$105.00 / Hour.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum five years of experience designing high-availability complex networks.Experience managing Cisco routers, switches, wireless technologies, firewalls, and SNMP.Proven experience in network infrastructure design, configuration, and upgrades across LAN/WLAN/WAN.Eight years of experience in complex network design with high availability.Experience with WLAN, VoIP, Unix/Linux, Aruba wireless, remote access, network management, Palo Alto firewalls, and MDM.Deep knowledge of routing protocols such as IGRP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, and familiarity with Fabric SDN.Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.Skills in network design, Cisco equipment, VPNs, IDS, and high-availability redundant systems.Experience leading complex infrastructure projects and working with desktop devices and Windows OS.Strong task, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to perform administrative duties in compliance with organizational policies.If hired, you will enjoy the following ECLARO Benefits :
