Network and Systems Administrator - Illinois Tool Works : Job Details

Provide day-to-day project management and support for IT systems and infrastructure. Ensure system uptime, stability, performance, and data integrity. Install, configure, and maintain network, server, PC, and telephony infrastructure. Perform system and application upgrades, patching, and backup procedures. Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and security settings. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Monitor and optimize performance of PCs, servers, and networks. Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets and procedures. Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and tools. Support onboarding/offboarding and provide end-user assistance. Collaborate with vendors and service providers on technology projects. Assist in compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CMMC). Partner with business leaders to build and execute an IT roadmap.
