This opportunity is unique in that our Teams review the different technologies and understanding of our environment and the impact across the globe. Customer support is a huge factor for our client and to understand the requests from around the world. You'll become well-versed in Cisco iOS-XE, NX-OS, Firepower, CUMC, Unity, along with other technologies. Typical Day: You'll be providing all aspects of network support for the customer. Installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices. Updating diagrams and documentation to reflect network changes. Remediate STIGs and POA&Ms. Tasks: Develop and design network architecture. Provide assistance with troubleshooting Layer 1-3 network devices.
