Summary of Position: Administration of all aspects of telecommunications circuits, including POTS, SIP Trunks and data circuits.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage mobile accounts, plan selection, ordering, etc and billing/invoicing with the mobile companies and AT&T, etc
• Phone line Administration
• Order POTS lines
• Cancel POTS lines
• Manage POTS inventory
• Request DID lines
• Cancel unneeded DID lines
• Manage DID line inventory
• Validate DID line billing (monthly)
• Submit SRs for orders
• Follow up on SRs
• Document processes
• Work with vendors on phone line issues
• Manage AT&T business direct
• Maintain and optimize 800 routing
• Circuit administration
• Set up new locations in the CMDB
• Order (New and upgrades) circuits
• Cancel circuits
• Manage circuit inventory
• Open and manage tickets with vendors for outages and other issues
• Billing administration
• Verify that new/upgraded circuits/POTS are billing correctly
• Verify that cancellation fee are correct
• Verify that canceled circuits/POTS stop billing at the correct time
• Review SIP Trunk bill monthly to ensure accuracy
• Vendor administration
• Participate in telecom vendor meetings
• Document processes for telecom activities

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 2 years.
• Education: Associate degree (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
