Network Administrator - SRC : Job Details

SRC, Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator to work in our corporate headquarters located in Syracuse, NY. The selected candidate will support the secure and stable operation of SRC's data, voice and wireless infrastructure. What Youll Do. Maintain and support routers, firewalls, and switches. Deploy switches and other network equipment. Support wired network connections for datacenter and end-user devices including workstations, printers, and network appliances. Configuration and support of enterprise Wi-Fi network technologies. Maintenance of voice server, VoIP endpoints, and SIP trunks. Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, and latency)Follow, create, and update network policies and procedures. Respond to tickets, system notifications, and critical alerts. Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking problems.
