Looking for a Bilingual Candidate (Spanish) that lives in the Metro Detroit Area with Cisco Meraki Experience.

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Network Administrator who thrives under pressure and excels in customer-facing environments. This role demands a jack-of-all-trades mindset—someone who refuses to be siloed and is eager to tackle a wide range of IT challenges. As our organization grows, this individual will play a key role in supporting increasing demands in cybersecurity, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure environments.
  • Respond to and resolve a variety of IT service tickets, including cybersecurity-related issues.
  • Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Perform general IT troubleshooting and maintenance, both remotely and onsite.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure no bottlenecks or silos in service delivery.
  • Participate in field technician duties, including hardware repair and onsite support.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and software.
  • Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and incident response.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally for onsite support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
  • Experience in a managed services or field technician role.
  • Exposure to ticketing systems and ITIL practices.
