Looking for a Bilingual Candidate (Spanish) that lives in the Metro Detroit Area with Cisco Meraki Experience.
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Network Administrator who thrives under pressure and excels in customer-facing environments. This role demands a jack-of-all-trades mindset—someone who refuses to be siloed and is eager to tackle a wide range of IT challenges. As our organization grows, this individual will play a key role in supporting increasing demands in cybersecurity, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure environments.
- Respond to and resolve a variety of IT service tickets, including cybersecurity-related issues.
- Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Perform general IT troubleshooting and maintenance, both remotely and onsite.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure no bottlenecks or silos in service delivery.
- Participate in field technician duties, including hardware repair and onsite support.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and software.
- Document procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a System Administrator or similar IT role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and incident response.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for onsite support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
- Experience in a managed services or field technician role.
- Exposure to ticketing systems and ITIL practices.
