Network AdministratorPosition Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Administrator who is energized by hands-on problem solving, systems innovation, and delivering excellent user support. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our IT infrastructure is secure, resilient, and responsive-supporting both day-to-day operations and large-scale modernization initiatives. You'll be joining a collaborative IT team of 2-3 people and will assume lead responsibility for specific network components depending on your strengths and interests. Our current priorities include moving from on-premise servers to Microsoft Azure and advancing our cybersecurity posture. - Deliver prompt, friendly, and effective support to end users across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
- Take ownership of a subset of IT systems such as cabling, end-user devices, antispam/antivirus tools, video surveillance, Office 365, firewalls, Azure, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions in collaboration with IT leadership.
- Participate in after-hours or on-call support rotations as needed to maintain 24/7 uptime.
- Provide setup, onboarding, and ongoing training for users.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and performance checks on critical infrastructure.
- Monitor network health and act on early indicators of potential issues.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and support their deployment with clear documentation and training.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and system configurations.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate service/support when needed.
- Support ad hoc and long-term projects that improve business continuity, security, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration.
- Demonstrated experience supporting a business network environment.

- DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Windows 7 and higher
- Network troubleshooting and diagnostics
