Position

• Start: ASAP-6 months open for extension
• Location: Upland, CA 91786
• Specialty: Geriatrics, ESRD EXP (mandatory), Dialysis
• Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
• Patient Volume: 7-10 ppd

Requirements:

• 1-2 years minimum, must have experience with patients with kidney disease and patients on dialysis (ESRD- End Stage Renal Disease)
• Board Certified NP
• BC, BLS, DEA, CAQH

Compensation:

• Pay: By phone discussion only
• Benefits available
• Weekly paychecks
