Job Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU- Attend and manage neonates during assigned 24-hour shifts- Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans for neonates- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications- Must be a NCC Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner- Extensive experience in Level III NICU required- Current BLS certification- Licensure in Pennsylvania preferred- Minimum board certification eligible

Working Hours- Ten 24-hour shifts in a six-week period- No call coverage, as full shifts are in-house- Orientation required on a weekday prior to the first shift
