Our challenge We are seeking an experienced nCino Application Lead to oversee the administration, customization, and deployment of the nCino Bank Operating System on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, continuous improvement, and optimal usage of the nCino application to enhance our banking operations. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities:
  • Extensive experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation and delivery expertise with nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral etc.
  • Must have prior experience at other banks as the application lead.
  • Must have hands on expertise to be able to provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team, Conduct code reviews. take part in solution design activities of complex requirements, participates in functional workshops.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and nCino managed package implementation expertise.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning and SOQL.
  • As the lead Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills, project management, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills to drive the overall delivery.
  • Attention to the detail and a commitment to delivering high quality solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience with nCino platform administration, customization, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
  • Knowledge of banking processes, loan origination, credit management, and deposit workflows.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data flow between banking systems.
  • Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or nCino-specific certifications are a plus.
