NC Operator 1 - HEXCEL CORPORATION : Job Details

Operate all NC machines, including Thermwoods. Support all NCs by performing the final inspection of parts. Loading/unloading parts and tools and part preparation. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment. Maintain an accurate E-log, 5-S, and housekeeping to customer requirement. Individuals could be asked to operate different machines on their shift. Department or area specific expectations will be further defined by supervisor/manage. Individual will support team efforts and product process by performing any operation or tasks deemed necessary by customer requirements, team consensus, and/or supervisor/manager. Works in a team environment to reach consensus decisions within the guidelines and boundaries established by the company, and maintains constructive relationships with co-workers.
