Design and Process Development: Collaborate closely with the Estimating Supervisor and Design Supervisor to refine and enhance processes and practices, ensuring the development of competitive design solutions on a consistent basis. Sales Support and Profit Enhancement: Play a crucial role in boosting division sales and profitability by providing support to builders and District Sales Managers. Engineering and Mentoring: Utilize advanced estimating tools and design software to perform engineering on complex project quotes. Oversee estimates and mentor quote engineers and estimators within the department. Technical Expertise and Customer Interaction: Provide technical support and guidance both remotely and in-person to customers and District Sales Managers, enhancing customer engagement and solution delivery.
